Richard Youngs is Senior Fellow at Carnegie Europe and professor at the University of Warwick, UK. He is co-founder of the European Democracy Hub. Youngs has authored 17 books, most recently 'Geoliberal Europe and the Test of War' (Agenda, 2024).
