Tillman Schenk is a Research Assistant at Bruegel, where he works on artificial intelligence, digital policy, and European technology sovereignty. He previously supported the Regulatory Scrutiny Board at the European Commission's Secretariat-General as a Bluebook trainee, and holds an MSc in Economics from Humboldt University of Berlin.
