Thomas Renard

Thomas Renard is a Research Fellow at Egmont - Royal Institute for International Relations, in Brussels. He is also co-founder and Deputy Head of the European Strategic Partnerships Observatory (ESPO), a Senior Associate Fellow with the Center on Global Counterterrorism Cooperation and a PhD candidate at Ghent University. In 2012, he published The European Union and Emerging Powers in the 21st Century: How Europe Can Shape a New Global Order (Farnham: Ashgate).
