Jean-Claude Piris

Jean-Claude Piris is a consultant on EU and international law. An honorary Conseiller d'Etat, he was a diplomat at the UN, the OECD Legal Director, the Director General of the European Council/EU Council's Legal Services (1988-2010 and the Legal Counsel for negotiations of EU Treaties from Maastricht to Lisbon.
