Thomas Maddock

Thomas Maddock is the Clara Marina O’Donnell Fellow (2025-26) at the Centre for European Reform, where he works on the EU’s foreign policy in the Middle East. Prior to his current role, he worked at Chatham House and Institut Montaigne.
