Philip Lowe

Sir Philip Lowe is a partner in Oxera Consulting. Based in Brussels, he is also a Senior Adviser to the communications consultancy KEKST-CNC. After working in manufacturing industry, he joined the European Commission where he served in a number of senior posts before being appointed successively as Director General for Development (1997-2000), for Competition (2002-2010) and for Energy (2010-2014).
