Maria Didukh has been working in the agricultural sector since 2007. She has worked in the Ukrainian Ministry for Agrarian Policy and Food, public organisations of agricultural industry as well as international technical assistance projects. Since October 2017 she has been the director of the Ukrainian National Agrarian Forum, Public Union, which was created with the aim of coordinating the position of specialised agricultural associations and forming and presenting a unified position of the Ukrainian agricultural sector.
