Francesco Cappelletti is a policy advisor, and Adjunct Professor at the Brussels School of Governance (VUB), teaching cybersecurity international relations and disinformation. A PhD candidate in cybersecurity, he researches AI governance, telecommunications and EU digital regulation, and publishes on European technology policy and transatlantic cooperation.
