Richard Barfield

Richard Barfield is an independent consultant and advises Hogan Lovells and its clients on governance, prudential risk and regulation. He was previously a senior director in PwC's consulting practice advising financial services firms and regulators in the UK and internationally. He has also been a finance director in industry at Barclaycard and Hertz. Richard edited two Practitioner’s Guides for Thomson Reuters on banking regulation following the global financial crisis. As an independent consultant, he has also written several articles and papers on trade and Brexit, and created BrexitFactBase.com.
