Farzana Baduel

Farzana Baduel is a specialist in global strategic communications, with a focus on positioning organisations and nations on the international stage. She is the 2025 President-elect of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) and CEO of Curzon PR, an award-winning London based strategic communications consultancy trusted by governments, corporates, and foundations worldwide to shape influence and deliver impact.

She serves as the Resident PR Expert at the University of Oxford’s Said Business School, where she advises entrepreneurs and executives on global communications and reputation management. Her board positions include trustee roles at The HALO Trust, protecting lives of those affected by conflicts, and Soho Theatre, a cultural organisation producing theatre, comedy, and cabaret in London. She also co-hosts the podcast Stories and Strategies With Curzon Public Relations.
