Filippo Addarii

Filippo Addarii, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of PlusValue Group (London, Milan, Brussels), is a recognised expert in social impact investing, working at the intersection of finance, public policy, systems innovation, and urban transformation. He is a serial entrepreneur, best known for founding Euclid Network, Europe’s leading network of social enterprises and impact-driven leaders. His current work focuses on the Social Infrastructure Impact Investment Index (SI4), developed with the European Commission and public and private investors, and on outcome-based investment strategies for large-scale affordable housing projects. Since 2023, he has been Industrial Professor of Impact Investing at the UCL Institute of Finance and Technology.
